The Berwick Area Landlord Association was formed to promote and support the needs of residential landlords in Columbia, Luzerne, and Montour Counties, Pennsylvania., and to provide a positive impact on community rental housing in the areas we serve.
Our Mission: To promote decent and safe housing by educating and supporting landlords, improving rental property investment, and enhancing our community image.

We hold regular meetings five times a year on the third Wednesday of January, March, May, September, and November at 7:00 P.M. Meetings are held in the Community Conference Room at the Berwick Hospital Center, 701 East 16th Street, Berwick. You are welcome to attend as a visitor or guest of any member.

- PARTICIPATION IN PROA
Members automatically become participants in the Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association (PROA). PROA is a non-profit state wide association of landlords which provides a united voice for rental property owners in Pennsylvania government. As a participant, you have a voice in the law making process in the state legislature. PROA is headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, and provides full time lobbying services and a quarterly newsletter to keep landlords informed.
